Personal information ( ex: Email, name…) is the data collected on our website, in the hotels of the group Leader Hotels or transmitted by our external suppliers ( booking engines) which enables your identification as a physical person.
This policy of protection of personal data is part of the general conditions which govern our hotel services. When you agree to our general conditions, you explicitly accept the provisions of this policy of the protection of Personal Data.
The hotels of the hotel chain concerned by this page are to date: La Creole Beach Hotel & Spa, Mahogany Hôtel Résidence & Spa, Le Jardin Malanga, La Toubana Hôtel & Spa, Les Villas de la Toubana, Bwa chik Hôtel & Golf, Aqua Lodge, Langley Resort Fort Royal.
Our partners and/or subcontractors are to date: Hertz, Fastbooking, PayPal, April, I-planet, Travelport, NP6, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Twitter.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
When you consult our website, take part in one of our games or on arrival in one of the hotels of our hotel chain, you might be asked to communicate directly personal data.
On our website, the mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk as they are necessary for the treatment of your booking. The other information is to get to know you better and propose suitable services and/or products. They are optional.
We collect and use mainly your first and last name, Email, address, telephone number, credit card number, IP address, connection and web browsing data. Some information is collected automatically when you use our website.
Via our partners particularly when you reserve a hotel room, a hotel + flight or by following us on the different social media, you are likely to supply different personal data. In this case, please consult the confidentiality policy of each of these partners.
Sensitive transactions (bank details, etc…) are transmitted in a secured mode using encrypted algorithms and authentication. These secured transactions are identifiable by the presence of a closed padlock on most of the search engines.
More specifically, bank details are collected and can be kept by our suppliers for payment.
However, we do not fully control the risks linked to the function of Internet and we draw to the attention of web users the existence of eventual risks inherent to its use and functioning.
The sending of our emails and newsletters are today outsourced to the company NP6. Please consult their confidentiality policy.
3. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, you accept to benefit from our best special offers for travel in the islands under the name Des Hotels & Des Iles or one of the hotels in our hotel chain.
You may receive:

- Invitations to take part in competition with holidays to win
- Special offers for theme stays such as honeymoons, golfing holidays, family holidays…

Personal data collected directly cannot be sold, shared or lent to other companies other than Des Hôtels & Des Iles and the hotels of the hotel chain. On each of our emails you have the possibility to unsubscribe by clicking on a link at the bottom of the email.
Personal data for people under 18 can only be supplied by an adult. Please ensure that your children do not transfer personal data without your consent. If this occurs, you can contact us to delete the data.
4. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We only retain your personal information for the period necessary as detailed here above or according to the applicable law.
5. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALTY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We undertake to take the necessary precautions to guarantee the confidentiality of the data and avoid unauthorized disclosure to a third party. In the event of the transfer of data to an authorized party, we will take all the necessary measures to guarantee the sharing of the transfer.
